One Friday Thought
I know I'm heading off on vacation - but this was a most interesting quote I came across: A VC: VC Cliché of the Week : "The result of all this is that they end up using the worst possible management technique, 'management by blackberry.' Everything becomes about rapid-fire byte size morsels, on-the-run, not tons of hard work and calm, thoughtful, reasoned discussion and analysis." A really good thought for you folks still at the gainful employements this week. Have a happy long weekend folks........
