Bravo! Finally some sense from the courts! File sharing legal in Canada.
What I particularly like is the comment that a P2P service is like a library, and just because there's a copy machine in a library, the assumption is not made that everyone is stealing from the books. It's bad enough that every blank CD carries a Kanada Kulture tax that assumes you are stealing music - but at least now the courts are recognizing that the record companies shouldn't get everything they want.
